Remote Support Terms and Conditions

Authorization
Client authorizes Netcomplete, its employees and agents to:
Access to client's equipment, with the ability to transfer files, alter system conifugrations and any other operations possible through remote or physical access.

Legal Rights 
Client is the legal owner or has legitimate rights to the media/equipment and all the data software contained therein.

Confidentiality
Netcomplete will not divulge client information or data files to any third party without the express consent of the client or as required under law.
